My name is Zhong-Zhi Xianyu (鲜于中之) . I am a physicist working on theoretical particle physics and cosmology.
I am currently a postdoctoral fellow at Center of Mathematical Sciences and Applications, Harvard University. I got my Ph.D. in physics from the Center for High Energy Physics, Tsinghua University in 2015.
I have been working on several different aspects of particle physics and cosmology. In recent years I am particularly fascinated by the theory of cosmic inflation, a physical framework describing our own universe at its earliest stage. I am most interested in its connection with other branches of physics, including fundamental particle physics, gravitational theory, and quantum information theory. I also have omnivorous interest in many different areas of physics, astrophysics and condensed matter physics for instance.
Besides physics, I am a fervent fan of classical music, a lover of poetry and philosophy, and a regular exerciser.
